1. Eating a nutritious high protein such as fish, liver, milk, and butter or high vitamins such as carrots, pumpkins, tomatoes, papaya, bananas, etc.
2. Sleep enough, at least 6 hours.

4. The environment is appropriate during the work.
5. Workers risk accidents of the eye should wear protective the eyes.
6. Wear sunglasses when outdoors in bright sunlight. Do not stare directly into the sun.
7. Should consult a doctor before use eye drops.
8. Those aged 40 years and over, especially those with chronic diseases such as diabetes should ophthalmologist for eye examination at least once a year.
