Would like to check some function of TH payroll interface on some of the scenario. Please let me know if you are not the correct person to advice on this.
It's actually a scenario for conversion case such as a GID converted from Employee to Non Employee or from Non Employee to Employee.
Currently the steps for HRC to update this conversion in HRMS is we will terminate the GID in HRMS then perform a rehire to the GID to convert the record. However, I would like to check on the timing to update this 2 actions to ensure TH payroll interface able to capture both action.
1. If we terminate the GID at Morning before 1PM SGT then rehire the GID after 1PM SGT (HR Hub refresh time), will TH payroll interface able to capture both termination & rehire record for the same GID?
2. If we terminate the GID today then rehire the GID on next day, will TH payroll interface able to capture both termination & rehire record for the same GID?
