2.9. Statistical analysis
Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS version 17.0 (SPSS Inc., Chicago, IL, USA). The data of pyhsico-chemical, aroma, textural, and sensory analysis were subjected to one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) to determine the differences of samples. Significant differences were compared by Tukey test on the level of P < 0.05.
