• Conducts career discussions with all HODs and managers
• Attends career expos to understand the needs of next gen and the questions they ask about careers
• Review the Accor polices on mobility and transfers
• Understand the pathways taken of leaders in the organization to be able to use a role models
• Participate in WAAG activities to encourage female employees to grow their career
• Review the career pathway posters to be able to recommend development activities to help others achieve career goals
