1. Remove the cover of the wheel bogie.
2. Place a M 8x70 (f) bolt in the friction
disk (spring package) so it will not fall
apart during disassembly.
3. Remove the friction disk.
4. Check of the brake disk is ok.
5. Clean the brake disk and friction disk
with brake cleaner
6. Replace the friction disk and tighten
the bolts.
7. Adjusting the friction disk
8. Remove bolt (f) M8x70
9. Loosen the check nuts (g) M30
10. Tighten the headless screws (h) until
the resistance increases (springs are
max compressed).
11. Turn the headless screws 3/4 turn
(270°) back
12. Tighten the check nuts M30. (Prevent
the Headless screws from revolving at
the same time.
13. Replace the cover of the wheel bogie.
