I love avocados! They are one of my favorite healthy fats. I eat at least 1/4 an avocado everyday. Avocados are an excellent source of antioxidants that may help slow aging and prevent certain cancers and heart disease.

Easy Guacamole
1 avocado - peeled, pitted, and mashed
Juice from 1/2 lime
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 cup red onion, diced
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
1 small tomato, chopped
1 pinch of ground cayenne pepper (optional)
In a medium bowl, mash together the avocados, lime juice, and salt. Mix in onion, cilantro and tomato. Stir in cayenne pepper. Service with carrot sticks and sliced cucumber.
