This is case number X already that staff calls in telling not coming to work, for no clear reason and explanation how their task of that day will be followed up.
@ Janya, when you’re back we’ll issue formal company notification in Thai with the rules as per company policy and the consuequence when rules are not respected.
I want everybody to be able to also take care of their personal life and thus people need leave sometimes, but it cannot be that work just can be dropped and not have a clear reason why. If the company would act like that on its obligations to the staff it would get big problems, so why can staff do that to the company?
