Team Members must ensure that Right To Play’s books and records reflect the
transactions and disposition of assets of the organization in an accurate, fair
and timely manner.
Team Members must have all transactions authorized, executed and recorded in
accordance with the instructions of Management to permit the accurate preparation of
financial statements and to maintain accountability for assets.
Team Members are permitted access to assets only in accordance with the
authorization of Management. Management and Team Members are to record and
disclose all assets and funds. Team Members are strictly prohibited from the use of
the organization’s funds or assets for any unlawful or improper purpose. Those
responsible for the accounting and record-keeping functions are required to be vigilant
in ensuring enforcement of this prohibition
