1. Delivery monitoring solution for IT infrastructure – consultant required to setup and provide ongoing maintenance ensuring the solution is working to the required standards.
2. Processes – predominantly IT change & problem management process, ensuring change is performed within a timely, efficient manner including running major ITIL processes such as incident, change and problem management.
