Hi Soraya,
We will be reviewing our proposal with LCO team tomorrow for better tracking and control of material shipped to Crawford drive builds. There are two key points:
RHO team and LCO team need to review and approve HGA data before critical builds (such as the ORT loading builds). We will need a HD_NUM list provided by your team for all such builds. This request has also been made by Bill Rehm on a previous email. We will require the following criteria as mentioned before:
WPE mean within 0.1 u" of target ( 3.2 - 3.4 u")
WPE sigma less than or equal to 0.3 u"
CTQ_HGA_ADC mean greater than or equal to 1.05
CTQ_CP_CLRNC in range (6.7 - 8.3)
And make sure no parts below 19.5 MinSNR
Furthermore we would like to also track all production Crawford builds on a weekly basis for the above-mentioned CTQs. This way we can keep a running trend chart of the CTQs to see if there are any potential issues in the builds (if there are trends moving outside the ranges defined above). And we can then act on such issues. We request your team provide this trend chart on a weekly basis for review. It is hoped that most of the time, there will be no issue.
Although we understand why the AB3 build was so wide to target (old material processed with inappropriate ABT targets), we need to have some advance notice so that we can prevent this type of material from going to drive in the future.
As I mentioned, we will review this proposal with the LCO team at our Tuesday RSS Call. Please let us know if you agree to these actions, or if not - what kind of other proposal you may have for tracking Crawford materials.
