Thanks for confirming that this is an add on. I have the POP - reference number of previous purchase.
As this is a VIP order, so long as customer has bought before, a POP is required. But as I have the POP, this is not an issue.
Now what we need to do is we need to realign the end date. All end dates have to be the same. We can see from the previous email that there are another 50 users who has expired, do we intend to renew them?
