Today:
Breakfast: bread, egg, cornflakes whatever everyone wants
Lunch and dinner: make soup, veggies there in fridge, leftover chicken make stir fry with ginger garlic paste, onion, tomato and red chilli powder, cumin and turmeric powder. Keep some aside for aanya. Defrost cutlet also.
Serve with curd and rice

Monday:
Lunch : dal and grill chicken. Marinate chicken with curd, ginger garlic paste, tomato paste, cumin powder, roast chicken powder.
Make potato for vegetable
Dinner: same for Sathish for Aanya make Mac and cheese

Dinner same dinner as Monday

Lunch and dinner make fried rice
Thursday:
Lunch and dinner make Singapore chicken rice from packet. And make Singapore chilli sauce:
Grind ginger garlic and red chilli. After that add soy sauce little sugar, salt, like juice.
