1. Create project planning documents which specifying goals, strategy, resources, scheduling, identification of risks, and contingency plans
2. Define the scope of the project in collaboration with team members and stakeholders
3. Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks in a comprehensive project plan
4. Establish and maintain effective project communication plans with project team members, business partners, management teams, and executives
5. Lead, organize, and finalize project review sessions with team members and stakeholders
6. Engage with stakeholders and manage internal, external, and third-party relationships
7. Provide regular status reports with focus on milestones, issues, accomplishments, and budget to management team
8. Responsible for other related tasks as assigned
