The objective of this research is to study the affect of factors to the educational achievement of science technology students of Chiang Mai university academic year 2014. The 329 students were collected by using stratified random sampling technique and use the questionnaire as the tool of this research. The independent variables consist of the general information of students, family aspect, the relationship of students in university, behavior of student in studying, behavior of student in everyday life, the interest on the faculty at the university, teaching of lecturer, the administration of university, internet service and the studying expectation. The dependent variable of this study is Grade point average (GPA) of student. The data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics and Multiple Classification Analysis.
