In order to drive Sales Office generated business from the Middle East, I received a suggestion to load a rate which the sales offices can promote directly to our Travel Agency partners.
The rate should be about 5% higher than your normal wholesale FIT rate. This would offer TA’s the opportunity to work directly with us and still ensuring an appropriate mark-up.
Our colleagues can then influence their booking behaviour much better considering the importance of client relationships in the Middle East!
