MRI cervical spine.
History: neck pain.
Technique: sagittal T1Wl, T2Wl.
coronal T2Wl.
axial T1Wl, T2Wl.
Findings:
The study reveals mild degenerative change of C-spine. The alignment of spine is
good.
C2l3 disc level: There is mild posterior disc bulge. No stenosis of spinal canal or neural
foramina is seen.
C314, C4l5 disc level: There is mild bilateral postero-lateral disc bulge. Mild stenosis of
bilateral neural foramina is seen.
C6/7 disc level, There is diffuse posterior disc bulge with indentation to thecal sac. No
stenosis of bilateral neural foramina is seen.

lesion or external cord compression.
The vertebral bodies show normal signal intensity and appearance Without osteolytic
lesion or fracture.
The visualized brain stem is unremarkable.
