The Workday system is ready to go live 31 Oct US. The most recent HRMS transactions are still being converted into Workday, but we have sent the first daily file to each payroll to ensure the transfer processes are running correctly. These first files may have some discrepancies as the Production data conversion is not fully complete.
As we discussed in our last group meeting, we plan to pull a "compare" file from Workday that can be used to compare to the last 22 Oct Payroll run from HRMS. We cannot pull this file until all of the catch up data conversion is complete. We expect to send a file to each payroll Nov 2.
We have resolved the majority of issues discussed in the last meeting, but have a few that we will be continuing to work past our Go Live date.
Known Issues - Work in Progress:
1) Address format incorrect for MY (this is needed for data patching only, no integration code change - HR)
2) Missing info in Monthly Recon File for TH (Currently the only element missing is the Provident Fund in D04, TD# 1750)
3) Tax Issue related to future period for Foreign and SG Perm Resident Employees for SG TD# 1380
4) International Transfer Out from SG. Netchange not showing result as expected for SG TD# 1663
5) Rescind Allowance - need to re-test after go-live (TD# 1739 - all 4 countries)
6) Reverse Termination - need to re-test after go-live (TD# 1664, 1742 - SG, MY and TH only)
7) Update Termination date for terminated employees - need to re-test after go-live (TD# 1702 - all 4 countries)
8) ESPP update to reflect in netchange (CN, TD# 1737)
Need to reflect Marriage Start Date if that is applicable. (SG, TD# 1731)
Thank you for your support. We will be actively working with your team as we go live to resolve any issues as quickly as they come up.
