2. Demonstrate orally and in writing the right way of complying with quality-related compliance requirements.
3. Make sure that the company complies with quality-related compliance requirements and has quality-related compliance policies and procedures in place.
4. Establish, develop, and maintain a programme designed to monitor quality-related compliance, prevent and detect gaps, and recommend any necessary corrective actions to fully meet the quality-related compliance requirements.
5. Establish and operate communication channels for employees to report non-compliance cases or to answer questions about the quality-related compliance requirements.
6. Investigate incidents a) reported through the communication channels or b) detected through other quality-related compliance checks or audits, and recommend corrective action, such as any disciplinary action needed against employees who have violated policies and procedures.
7. Gather and report quality-related compliance information to management.
8. Coordinate quality-related compliance activities and reporting from business units and regulators.
