1. The Referring Agent will give information about the Property to those of its customers that it deems appropriate. That information has to be in accordance with the details provided by the Main Agent.
2. Should any of the Referring Agent’s customers be interested in visiting the Property, the Referring Agent will either take the potential Buyer to the Main Agent sales office or inform by phone or fax or email of the intending visit of their customer to the Main Agent sales office. The “Main Agent’s” sales team will show the Property to the customer and follow all necessary steps with the customer as appropriate.
3. The Referring Agent will not contact the developer/Owner of property directly without written approval from Main Agent. If the Referring agent preach this clause. The Referring Agent accept to pay penalty to the Main Agent 50,000 THB.
4. The communication between both parties will provides by the email which identifies their prospects on it.
5. Commission rate between Main agent and Referring agent will be ……………% of the selling price/Rental price.
6. Main agent will not be liable to pay for any commission to the Referring Agent. If the Developer/Providers of the properties not pay commission to the Main Agent.
7. Commission fee will transfer into Bank account of the Referring Agent after deduct all related tax.
