Nevertheless, it should be
pointed out that natural rain cannot be separated from
artificial rain (the product of rainmaking), and so the
rainfall in this study would be composed of part
natural rain and part artificial rain. Rainmaking
operations meet with success only if the appropriate
conditions for cloud, temperature, and moisture
exist; if they do not, no rain will fall. A comparison
of the areas with rainmaking services with those
without rainmaking services explained the output of
the rainmaking service.
