Responsibility:
• Ensures that all reporting and control procedures in the areas of operational compliance, customer service, management control of restaurant, product preparation, food safety and hygiene, maintenance and general administration are in place and are completed in accordance with the company’s policy and procedures.
• Provides effective leadership to all employees directly or indirectly under his/her supervision and ensures that they are properly recruited, selected, trained, motivated and developed.
• Ensures the commitment from all employees to C.H.A.M.P.S. execution excellence in all restaurants by;
- coaching RGMs to develop and implement action plans to improve on opportunities identified in periodic CHAMPSChecks and CHAMPS Excellence Reviews.
- conducting self-audits to calibrate execution standards with RGMs.
• Optimizes profitability and efficiency of restaurants under direct supervision by coaching RGMs to;
- maximize sales opportunities from nation-wide marketing promotions.
- develop all FoH team members to be Customer Maniacs.
- periodically analyze product, labor and other controllable costs and implement improvement plans.
• Ensure strict compliance with Yum! Standard cash control and security procedures in all restaurants.
• Performs other duties/initiatives/projects as assigned by direct Supervisor.
