IV. CONCLUSION
In this article, GIS was applied in the water pollutant
capacity total control (WPCTC), the spatial model system of
WPCTC was set up which consisted of spatial figure data, twodimensional
attribute data, water quality model and capacity
allocation model. Utilizing the analysis and process function
and the data mining ability with spatial geography data
possessing by GIS, this model found out the relationships
between the pollution source, the function zone and the control
