Third, both end users and experts think about “relaxation” as a vital characteristic for creating informal online learning with enjoyment experiences. Both studies found that the design should be user-centered and leisure-based. Although experts concentrated more on the characteristics of simplicity and short tasks [52], end users in this study focused more on the aspects of stress-free and frustration-free design. Lastly, the experts thought that collaboration with schools and industries would encourage potential users to access their learning materials. The end users, on the other hand, placed more value on useful hyperlinks and external resources, which are more content-driven. Table 3 lists both studies' major findings and indicates the partial relationships between the current study's findings and those of Lin and Gregor [52].
