As far as I know, we will offer a free 40404 replacement for the returned burned shredder. This is not subjected to warranty policy, but we are doing this as a courtesy offer to keep the end user happy from an unpleasant experience, at the same time to protect our brand names and retain both Dahle and 35 Marketing customer. Besides, we are drawing a conclusion whether or not to go extra miles in providing protection gears on the existing machines (details will be followed). At last, we will not offer FCB replacement on the tested shredders, this exercise is not encouraged at all, all test should be made only by Dahle Germany only while repairs should be handled by Dahle authorized distributors with original parts.
