These services allow for the contextualization of the learner’s social and physical environment and enables new forms of learning support including: multimodal notification and messaging content exchange and sharing, contextualization services or physical world tagging (De Jong, Specht, & Koper 2008). Mobile learning needs to support a seamless flow of learning across contexts. Mobile learning is related to the lifestyle of the learner, who in the course of everyday life moves from one context to another, switching locations, social groups, technologies and topics (Vavoula& Sharples 2009).
