Studies of user satisfaction with information systems present a high level of maturity, which allowed the development of significant measurement items and constructs. The conceptual model of Delone and Mclean for example, provided consistency on user satisfaction research related to the information systems field, supporting the usage of quality dimension in this model. The recurrent use of measurement items and constructs of user satisfaction research provides consistency and validity. Several aspects of the information system area had been measured in previous studies, but there is a gap in research regarding information security practices.
