I keep this conversation only among the senior level.
I think it is ok. Nobody is perfect and I know it takes time for new comer to learn new things. More important is the level of enthusiasm and realization of “We do not know What we don’t Know.”
I will keep it simple…in our real world, we face this situation all the time:
1. We know “what we know”
2. And We know “what we do not know”
3. There are also cases where “We do not know what we don’t know” – this part is most dangerous and it forms the majority of us.
The only way to prevent repeating the same error over and over again is by knowing “what we do not know” through the inputs from other people. Which in this case, I think Panatsa is trying to guide Chanida with a better understanding through the questions she asked.
If Chanida remained silent and not tell us her understanding, she will never be able to know what the error was.
So, all of us also need to practice “ Stepping Up with Confidence and Calm.” This only meet Level 2 behavior.
