Strains that showed high homology with the target strains were selected for construction of a phylogenetic tree using the neighbor-joining method (bootstrap value:1000) (Fig. 1). Strain 2#, which was close to members of the genus S.acidaminiphilaand had 99% similarity with strain S. acidaminiphilaT(AF273080), was identified asS. acidaminiphila; strain 9# shared 100% sim-ilarity with strainP. aeruginosaDSM50071T (HE978271) and was identifiedasP. aeruginosa; strain 12#, which was close to members of the genusD.tsuruhatensissp. and showed 100% homology with strain DSM17581T(AB075017), was identified asD. tsuruhatensis
