of commercial offset and digital printing equipment, consumables and service. Kodak faces aggressive
price competition for all products and services from numerous companies globally, particularly from
Canon, Fujifilm, and Sony. Further, the company faces aggressive price competition in the markets
for all its products and services. Due to intense competition and a significant portion of market share
being captured by the smartphones, Kodak was forced to phase out its dedicated digital capture
and devices business in 2012.
