· Gather information of job requirement from sections and functions
· Responsible for searching, screening, interviewing and shortlisting qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria within targeted time
· Able to utilize various sources and tools to help attract right candidates e.g. advertising, walk-in interview, job fair, referrals from social networking sites etc.
· Check background and reference to ensure that they have the necessary skills for a specific job
· Provide recommendation on selected candidate to line manager for evaluation and interviews
· Arrange interview with line managers and acting as communication agent till the recruiting process is completed
· Negotiate a job offering with candidates for an acceptable agreement
