The Rodenstock Remuneration Policy provides a uniform, performance-linked, variable remuneration for management and qualified specialists / senior positions on the basis of the Management Incentive Programme (MIP - see below) applicable to the whole Group; there is a variable remuneration system for representatives (field workers) based on the principles of the Group Salesforce Remuneration System (in preparation).
A performance-based salary and wage system applies to all other employees within the framework of the respective obligatory provisions. Exceptional special performance can be honoured separately in individual cases by one-time bonuses within the framework of the general payroll cost budget.
