1. Only part of inspecting now is placed onto inspection table.
E.g., The un-inspected parts should be put onto wagon or cart which is placed in right-hand side of the inspection table, and, the inspected parts should be placed on left-hand side.
E.g., each container is inclined towards inspector in consideration of workability.
"E.g., Stationery, a cutting nipper, etc. are hung on the hanger net etc.
And their grip portion should be put towards operator in order to avoid shifting them from one hand to the other."
E.g., The containers which can inspect parts continually for several hours should be prepared in order to reduce the futility of movement.
2. The inspected parts are identified into container or tag in order to prevent mixing of un-inspected part.
3. Quality of the parts held on daily changing point is checked by concrete inspection method suitable for its changing-point.
1. First-In and First-Out can be implemented easily.
E.g., Not pallets but hand cart and roller-conveyor are used.
E.g., Each shelf is inclined.
2. The warehousing location is coded to be able to carry parts without puzzling.
E.g., (north to south) Vertical rows are coded such as A, B and C, and (west to east) horizontal lines are coded such as 1, 2, 3.
3. As for similar parts, the identification point is clarified and checked by the photograph or sketch.
E.g., Similar part code is identified visually by enlarging size of different letter or number or changing color of letter.
Note) Comparison by bar-code collector shall be considered as non-detection prevention.
4. Area for quarantining non-conforming parts or the held parts is prepared.
1. One-Piece-At-a-Time production system is implemented in order to lessen the products in process.
Note) Even if the products in process occur, the step to restart assembly of parts shall be clarified by checksheet, etc.
2. The finished parts are put into container for the finished parts with tag of part #, in order to prevent mixing of the unfinished parts.
E.g., Part tag is put into transparent case of container.
3. The label for the finished parts is put beforehand into transparent case of container, in order not to mix unfinished parts.
E.g., Label of empty container is surely removed before using.
4. The finished parts are packed according to the specified packing quantity, and the futility of repacking parts is reduced.
5. Child-part # and lot including date, quantity and operator name are written down into checksheet or part labels are attached.
"6. Only boxes for small parts, and parts of assembling now are placed on working table.
(However, when production system of putting one piece after assembling five pieces is adopted, they are quarantined by partition plate, etc., in order not to mix unfinished parts.)"
E.g., Each container is inclined towards operator in consideration of workability.
"E.g., stationery, tools, etc. are hung on the hanger net of the working table, etc.
And, their grip portion is put to this side in order not to pass them from one hand to the other."
E.g., the containers of parts which can do work for several hours should be placed near working table in order to reduce the futility of movement.
7. Non-conforming products found during operation are quarantined, and are fed back to the manufacturing process immediately, and the concerned products including inventory are suitably coped with.
1. The counting work by the counting scale is considered not to drop parts.
Note) The counted parts should be put into plastic bag by single hand.
2. Based on "Order card", products will be prepared per product for shipment. And products are prepared compared with not only part # but identification point.
Note) Two or more kind of products shall not be put on table.
Note) Comparison by bar-code collector shall be considered as non-detection prevention.
3. Products are put into container in consideration of damage or deformation which may be caused by vibration under transportation.
E.g., Heavy load shall not be put onto light-weight products or thin products.
E.g., The packing condition of new parts/products shall be reviewed before massproduction, and the shipping trial should be implemented.
