The
ratio of removed heat to LED input power with the TLHS
model
was 70.3% during the summer test, which indicates that
most
of
the lighting heat could be emitted to the outdoors by the
heat
removal mode of the TLHS model during the cooling period.
The
ratio of returned heat to LED power with the TLHS model
was
49.5% during the winter test, which indicates that lighting
heat
can be reused as an internal heat source during the heating
period.
Based
on the results of the heat balance analysis, the sensible
thermal
loads in the mock-up chamber were reduced by 7.5%
for
cooling and 1.4% for heating by application of the seasonal
operating
strategy of the TLHS model.
