I have no issues if you ask guest to wait for some time if rooms are not ready. This is very practical situation and everybody understand in this industry.
My concern was, why your staff said to guests that our agent has not paid the money to hotel? Don’t you think it’s a reputation loss for us? When we care of your brand and we refer your hotels to our client so its obvious to expect from you that atleast you should not say anything which can dilute our brand image in market. What if Guest come back to India and writes down to my FB page that I didn’t pay the money to hotel at time of check in.???
