Probiotic and control milks
The powdered milk used in this study was produced by faculty of Agro-Industry, Prince of Songkla University into two forms of 10 g per pack powdered milk. The probiotic milk was contained Lactobacillus paracasei SD1 at a concentration of 1.8×109 colony forming units (CFU)/g, while the control milk was without viable bacteria. The powdered milk must be kept in refrigerator. A pack of powdered milk mixed in 50 ml. water would be daily intake at breakfast time by double blind randomized sampling subjects for 30 days.
