• Coordinate and make appointment with sub-contracted catering company to meet the aircrafts for meal loading and unloading.
• Check inventory and cart setting of F&B and merchandise for all morning flights with sub-contracted catering company.
• Open and close In Flight Commercial Stock Report in the present of Flight Attendant.
• To perform F&B, Merchandise and amenities top up and coordinate with Flight Attendant during aircraft transit at HUB base.
• Liaise with flight operation on aircraft allocation, aircraft movements, flight movement, flight cancellation and etc as well as coordinate with IFC to plan for daily loading.
• To prepare Meal Order and Pre-Booked Meal Order during weekend.
• Check and reconcile In Flight Commercial Stock Report with the inventory
• Clear all paper works and filing for head office and audit purpose.
