How to capture an error on the client’s desktop.
1. Unpack “AVCaptureUtility.zip” file in some folder at your desktop or laptop.
2. Identify two…three operations which constantly work slower than expected. Operations you have selected should start from button click and end when first resulting window appears or refreshes. Well selected operation shouldn’t include any end user actions in middle. Describe these operations in a following format:

3. Navigate to extracted folder “AVCaptureUtility” and launch “AVSimpleCapture.exe” program.
4. For every operation perform a set of steps bellow. Please keep the same order as you have specified in a chart above.
a. Click “Record” button at the opened “AVCaptureUtility” window:

c. Once resulting screen appears, immediately stop traffic capturing. Click “Stop” button for that:
5. Compose an email to the following recipients: daniil.kochetov@effem.com. Attach a chart of impacted transactions.
6. Attach *.ope file from the “AVCaptureUtility” folder (what you have extracted earlier). Select the one which represents actual date:
