The noodles it has several different and types, depending on individuals’ thoughts. For me, there are three types of noodles, namely vermicelli , rice noodles, wide rice noodles.
The first type is vermicelli. Vermicelli is colorless. Vermicelli noodles are sold in dried form. Vermicelli made from green beans. Furthermore, it made from other ingredients Such as potato starch. We should bring Vermicelli to soak in water or boiled before cooking. Foods made from vermicelli are baked shrimp vermicelli , soup , fried vermicelli.
The next type is rice noodles. it has wider than vermicelli and cut into pieces for easy to eat . When boiled the noodles, then the line is tough than others. Thailand is often used to make fried , noodle.
Another type is wide rice noodles . Wide rice noodles is larger than rice noodle about 3-4 roughly doubled. When finished, it will soften and easy to eat. Often used to make noodles, roasted chicken with soy sauce and topping Noodle.
I think that the line Vermicelli is the nicest because the lines are soft and easy to chew.
The noodles can make many menus and different in each culture.
