We are sorry but we cannot accept to pay an additional payment as Mr. Toyonaga already agreed to move out all of the equipment without paying any additional charge in last July when we paid Baht 2,160, 399.23 and when we agreed to move out all of the equipment for next 6 months.
Now all of the equipment which you kept are belong to IRM in Iljin Group, I reported the situation and waiting for their decision.
As Molycorp being bankruptcy, IRM would be a market leader of the Bonded powder, we would consider to provide Mr. Toyonaga the sales responsibility to limited Japanese customers who he keep a good relationship in spite of the magnet production equipment move out from his plant, it is what I can do as I am not any more decision maker of IRM.
As I still want to keep the good relationship with Mr. Toyonaga, I would like to solve the problem with Mr. Toyonaga by face and face without involving the legal dispute.
Please let me know when and how I could meet Mr. Toyonaga to discuss the subject.
