The demographic profile of respondents, their work experience and satisfaction level
are shown in Table 1. They were distributed among different age categories; of which the
category ranging from 21 – 25 years old presented the highest percentage (46.2%),
followed by the category ranging from 26 – 30 years old (31.1%), the category from 31 – 35
