Endurance training program contained a running program that its duration & intensity increased gradually at the end
of each level. At first & second week subjects did exercises with 65% of MHR for 25 minutes. For third until 6th
week 35 minutes with 65-75% MHR and in 7th till 8th week 40 minutes with 75-85% MHR. For controlling heart
rate polar belt was used.
