Today I am returning the Posture Corrector Lumbar Back Support that was included in the above order together with a Car Camera. The two items were ordered on 05/11/2016 and they were both delivered on 10/11/2016. The delivery for the Camera was posted immediately as being delivered on that date, but the delivery of the Back Support was not posted on your website until I called customer service and complained. Your customer service representative said that he would arrange for the Back Support delivery date to be posted immediately so that I could return the item before the end of 7 days. However, he posted the delivery date as 05/11/2016, which is the order date, instead of posting 10/11/2016 which is the actual delivery date.
Therefore, will you kindly correct your records so that I will not have any problems in returning this item and getting a full refund of the purchase price of 990 Baht which included a portion of cash, and the balance was a Store Voucher.
