- Recently, running has become a part of my routine. In today’s presentation, I would like to talk about it and persuade everyone to participate in this activity. Running has a lot of benefits than you could possibly think of. For example, it is good for both mental and physical health. Before digging deeper into this topic. I would like to address that I will take only 10-15 minutes of your time.

There are 3 main benefit of running which I would like to exam deeply in to the detail. For the first section, I will talk about health, Relaxation and Self-Esteem. I’d be glad to answer any question at the end of the presentation.
