Second set of the same media was supplemented by sterilized blond child hairs placed on themedium surface.
All plates were inoculated in duplicates and all strain were plated also alone on each medium as a control. The plates were sealed with Parafilm and examined weakly for 3 months under a stereomicroscope for the production of ascomata.
