Qualifications :-
Female , Age between 23-26 years old
Bachelor in Human Resource or Business administration other related fields
At least 1-2 Year Experience in Compensation & Benefits Function Possesses experience in job evaluation will be advantage
Good command of both spoken and written English
Computer literate
Responsibility
Reviewing and developing salary structures and providing appropriate recommendations to Management to ensure compensation & benefits policies and programs of the company are competitive in the market and industry.
Providing support for the annual salary annual bonus and Promotion review and any other corporate compensation & benefits.
Developing policies that will be beneficial for employee welfare such as accident and health insurance coverage, retirement and pension plans, income continuance.
Plan budget for HR purposes and control all cost to in line with budget.
Work place : AMATA NAKORN Industrial Estate Chonburi
We have company air- condition bus from Bangna km.1
5 Days working (08:00-17:00)
Provident Fund, life & medical insurance
2 times/year bonus payment
