In the individualism cultures, the companies don’t want to have employees from the same family in their organization. The work tasks are more important than relationships. In the individualistic organization, the individuals appreciate spare time, freedom and challenge. They want to carry out the work in their own way. The work should, at the same time, be a challenge so the employees feel that they create something. These three things show that the individual is independent of the organization and to the leader.
