Prepares monthly report for flower consumption of different areas
Orders flowers according to daily requirements
- Controls the cost of flowers and no wastage
- Check to ensure flowers delivered are of highest quality and fresh
- Communicates closely with Housekeeping and Food and Beverage Departments on
flower requirements according to event orders
- Checks flowers around the hotel to ensure that are fresh at all times
- Responsible for the cleanliness of the flower room
- Responsible for all the plants in and around the entire Hotel
