Dear accounting team,
Further to the email I sent out to P’Noi, I think there was a misunderstanding. Armstrong does not want just your general job description, but a daily summary of what you do during each day. This is to allow them to see the workload based on our current business and therefore can plan accordingly the resources needed. Basically like filling in a daily timesheet.
Again, it doesn’t need to be that detailed, for example:
- booked 7 transactions to AP - 1 hour
- filing - 1 hour
- chasing payment - 1hour
I know this is painful to do but it’s what they ask for! It should only take a couple of minutes at the end of each day.
