Separation of the analyte was carried out using an AccQ-Tag C18
column (150mm3.9mmIDAliquots (10 mL) of the samples were finally
subjected to HPLC with fluorescence detection (474 scanning
fluorescence detector; Waters, Milford, MA, USA)., 4 mm;Waters, Milford, MA, USA) at a
flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.
