Near Field Communication (hereinafter referred to as
“NFC”) has currently been applied in very wide range of
field, for example mobile payment, access control,
medical/health care [1]. NFC is not been use popularly in the
library, but there are some libraries have tried to use NFC
technology to provide library services. Hanno City Public
Library in Saitama-ken, Japan has put NFC tag on the
bookshelf and saved the relative information about the books
on that bookshelf, including book author’s biography and
book review. So that, users will know about the book content
and the author in a short time [2]. Students of Miami Ad
School in United States put the NFC tags on a poster in New
York City Subway. Passengers may get first ten pages of the
book by scan the NFC tags [3].
